We process personal data only when you actively provide it to us through this website. Specifically:

Contact form (Become a Design Partner): When you submit the form, we receive the following information:

• Company name (optional)
• Role / function

We do not currently log IP addresses, run analytics scripts, embed third-party trackers, or set cookies on this website.

3. Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing the data you submit through the contact form is your consent under Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry under Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

4. Retention

Data submitted through the contact form is retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to develop a potential business relationship, but no longer than 24 months after our last meaningful contact unless a contractual or legal obligation requires longer storage. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

5. Third-Party Processors

The following third parties act as data processors on our behalf under Article 28 GDPR. International transfer of data to the United States in each case is governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) between Aquilix and the processor.

Hosting (Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA): This website is hosted on Netlify's global content delivery network. Each time you visit, Netlify processes your IP address, browser metadata (User-Agent, language, time of request), and the requested URL on our behalf to deliver content. Server access logs are retained by Netlify for up to 30 days. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.

Forms (Netlify Forms, same controller as above): Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms on our behalf. Form data is transmitted to Netlify's servers and stored there until we retrieve it. Netlify performs spam filtering on submissions before they reach us.

6. Fonts and Third-Party Resources

This website self-hosts the IBM Plex Sans and JetBrains Mono fonts directly from our own servers. No connection is made to Google Fonts, Google Analytics, or any other third-party CDN when you load this site. Your IP address is not transmitted to Google or any other external service when fonts load.
